A pastel figurative composition of a couple embracing. Signed and dated Ingvar Engdahl, 1950. Ernst Ingvar Harald Engdahl was born 1928 in Lund, Sweden. He worked as a craftsman and interior designer after studying at Skånska målarskolan in Malmo and later at The School of Design and Crafts at the University of Gothenburg (Slöjdföreningen).
